By accessing or using johorindustry.com, johorpro.com, or a related feature that links to these Terms (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Public and authorized access
Public pages may be viewed for lawful purposes. JohorPro and other restricted features are available only to users we authorize. Credentials are personal to the authorized user and must be kept secure.
You must not share credentials, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the Services, or automate requests in a way that exceeds the purpose and limits of your authorized access.
3. Google Maps features and content
The Services include Google Maps features and content. Your use of those features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Maps content remains attributable to Google and its data providers. You must not remove, hide, obscure, or alter attribution, notices, links, or branding supplied with that content.
4. Permitted use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your authorized role. Unless we expressly permit it in writing, you must not copy, scrape, bulk download, resell, sublicense, republish, build a competing database from, or use automated means to extract content from the Services.
Any use of Google Maps content must also comply with the Google terms and documentation linked above.
5. Property, map, and address information
Property boundaries, administrative addresses, coordinates, ownership-related records, map information, and third-party address results may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or inaccurate. Google address results are identified with Google Maps attribution.
The Services are decision-support tools, not substitutes for official title searches, surveys, planning approvals, legal due diligence, or professional advice. Verify material information with the relevant authority or adviser before relying on it or travelling to a property.
6. Information you provide
You are responsible for information you submit and must have the rights and authority needed to provide it. Do not submit unlawful content, malware, confidential information you are not authorized to disclose, or personal data that is excessive for the stated purpose.

7. Intellectual property
Except for third-party content and rights expressly granted to you, the Services and their original software, design, and content are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the Services as described here.
Google Maps, its content, and related marks are owned by Google or its licensors.
8. Availability, changes, and suspension
We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, cost control, or operational reasons. We may suspend or terminate restricted access if a user violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party terms governing an integrated service.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that information is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular transaction.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Governing law, updates, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under other law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, or third-party requirements. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
