This Notice applies to visitors to the public website and authorized users of restricted features. It does not replace the privacy notices of third parties, including Google.

The data we process depends on the feature you use and may include the following categories.

• Account and access data: name, business contact details, role, authorization, authentication identifiers, and account-security events for restricted users.
• Enquiry and service data: information submitted through contact, property, campaign, contract, or service workflows, including correspondence needed to respond.
• Search and map interaction data: search terms, selected properties or lots, parcel coordinates, map interactions, optional device location, and address results used to provide map and property-search functions.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, security logs, page views, interaction events, and cookie or browser-storage identifiers.

We may collect data directly from you, from your use of the Services, from an authorized administrator, from public or licensed property sources, and from service providers used to operate the Services.

Device location is requested only when you choose a location feature and your browser or device grants permission. You can revoke that permission through your browser or device settings.

• Provide, personalize, and secure the Services.
• Authenticate and authorize restricted users.
• Respond to enquiries and provide property, map, search, owner-list, address, and related functions.
• Measure public-site use and conversion events, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, manage service costs and quotas, and improve performance.
• Maintain records, comply with law, and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

The Services use Google Maps Platform. Depending on the feature, information sent to or collected by Google may include search terms, IP addresses, latitude and longitude coordinates, device or browser information, and related service data. Google may use and retain this data to provide and improve its products and services under the applicable Google terms and Google Privacy Policy.

Where a lot-address lookup is available, an authorized user requests an address for one property lot and the server derives the coordinate from that lot. The resulting formatted address is intended for the active display only and is not designed to be written to the application database, saved owner-list records, or CSV exports.

Google Maps content displayed in the Services is identified by Google Maps attribution.

We may disclose data to personnel and authorized users who need it; Google for Maps and Geocoding features; hosting, content-delivery, security, authentication, analytics, communications, and professional service providers; regulators or authorities where required; and parties involved in a lawful reorganization.

The public site currently uses self-hosted Umami analytics and Google Tag Manager / Google Ads conversion tracking. WhatsApp links take you to a Meta service governed by its own terms and privacy notice. We do not authorize service providers to use personal data for unrelated purposes.

We use a language-preference cookie and a theme-preference cookie, each retained for up to one year. Restricted features may use session storage or local storage for authentication and device preferences; choosing “remember me” can retain authentication data on that browser for up to 30 days.

Analytics, advertising, Google Maps, and linked third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their configuration and policies. You can control cookies and stored site data through your browser, although disabling necessary storage may prevent some features from working.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, security, legal obligations, record keeping, and dispute handling. Retention varies by record type and system; when data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.

A formatted address returned by the lot-address feature is intended to remain in memory for the active display and not be retained in the application database, saved owner-list records, or CSV exports.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No system is completely secure. Authorized users must protect their credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.

Service providers, including Google and Meta, may process data outside Malaysia. Their processing is governed by their own terms, privacy notices, and applicable legal safeguards.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about our processing, request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, object to or restrict certain processing, or ask us to stop direct marketing.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain limited records where legally required. Contact us using the details above.

The Services are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

We may update this Notice to reflect changes in processing, law, or the Services. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
